Justin got involved in the IT arena in 1995 after being introduced to Steven Venter (Owner & Managing Director of DataMedia Microbiz Pty Ltd, South Africa) by a mutual friend whilst on holiday in South Africa for The Rugby World Cup in 1995.
Steven Venter then visited a conference where Justin was in attendance and subsequently head hunted him until he accepted the role of Telephone & Field Sales Executive, within 3 months Justin was quickly promoted to Sales Manager and built a successful team of IT sales specialists who together exceeded annual targets year on year, before returning to the UK in July 2000.
Then in December 2000 Justin jumped ship (so to speak) from IT to the fast moving Mobile Communications & Fixed Line division of Singlepoint (4U) Ltd, as a Corporate Account Manager where he stayed for just under 3.5 years, during his tenure 4U transitioned into Vodafone UK Ltd after the acquisition of Singlepoint (4U) Ltd in 2003, He then joined Townley Communications Plc in 2004 as Corporate Sales Manager until they were also then acquired by Vodafone Plc 12 months later, over the last 19 years since 2005 Justin has worked with Premier Mobile (London), Abzorb, Pioneer Communications (who became part of Olive Communications), Midshire Telecom/4Com (9.5Years) & Active8 MT (20 months) in various differing roles selling/consulting into the SoHo, SME & Enterprise Business arena with the following products & services;
Mobile Communications, CPS (Carrier Pre-Select Telephony), Fixed Line Telephony (PSTN, ISDN2/30 & SIP Trunks), Samsung Officeserv PABX, Gamma Horizon Cloud Telephony, NEC Legacy/Cloud Telephony Solutions & 3CX Cloud Telephony solutions, ADSL, FTTC, SoGEA, FTTP, EFM & Ethernet Connectivity, WiFi Solutions, IT Network Solutions, IT Network Security and CRM integrated solutions.
Jonathan Graham
Managing Director
Jonathan began his career after leaving school in 1989. He trained and qualified as an electrician working for a local contractor.
He further qualified as an electrical engineer in the early 90s and spent a further 6 years in the electrical industry. During this time he worked and installed security systems and cctv. Jonathan has always had an interest in technology and in 1997 was offered an opportunity to move into IT which he grasped with both hands.
During the next 8 years Jonathan worked as a Network Engineer advancing to Consultant gaining a wealth of knowledge of servers, networking and infrastructure.
In 2007 Jonathan formed his own company Support IT 4U Ltd to provide IT Support to Schools and SMEs in the Yorkshire area. Jonathan gained an excellent reputation and earned the trust of many long-term clients throughout the next 8 years. In 2015 Support IT 4U Ltd was rebranded to Fusion Network Solutions Ltd where Cloud technologies were embraced and the Fusion Brand was born. Fusion continued to grow and in 2024 has celebrated 17 years in business. In 2024 Jonathan formed Fusion Unified Ltd with his long-term friend Justin Russell to bring together his technical skills along with Justin’s experience in the telecoms industry and they say the rest is history.
